How do I order products and how does it work?

1. When you see an item you would like to purchase, click on the "Add to Basket" button. This places the item in an electronic shopping basket.
2. Once you've finished shopping, select "Checkout" at the top of the page.
3. Next, your order is display and you are asked to fill in your shipping and billing information. When you are finished select the "Continue" button.
4. Then, your shipping/billing and order information is displayed and you are also asked to select your UPS shipping method and credit card type. When finished, select the "Continue" button.
5. On the final page you will verify that all information is correct and enter your credit card number. When you have finished click the "Continue" button.
6. Your order is then processed and you will be given an order number. Your invoice will be e-mailed to you at the given billing email address.
7. If you would like to contact us concerning your order you can do so by replying to the confirmation e-mail, sending an e-mail to lanigan@thesacskit.com, or calling us toll-free at (888) 292-0006.

What is the shopping basket and how does it work?

By selecting the "Add to Basket" button next to any product, the product is placed in an electronic shopping basket. At anytime you can check the contents of your shopping basket by clicking on the "Shopping Basket" icon at the top of the page. If there is a product you would like to remove from your shopping basket select the "Remove" button next to the item. From the shopping cart you may "Continue Shopping" or "Checkout".

Is sales tax charged on my purchase?

State laws require a Florida-based business to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Florida addresses. We are not required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to residents of any other states.

What options do I have for shipping?

We ship most of our online orders via UPS. But we do evaluate the shipping charges by the UPS online module and if the charges are more than 2 dollars higher than USPS priority mail. We will adjust the shipping charge and ship your order USPS priority mail. NOTE the KG-3 Solvent Degreaser can not be shipped thru USPS
